HorseLuxe EN About the Product
Horseluxe
HorseLuxe is not just another stable surface. It is a solution that changes the way horses live, rest, and move. Created from recycled textiles, designed for comfort, durability, and ecological balance.
HorseLuxe is a textile surface produced from sorted and processed textile waste, giving it a new life as a functional material for stables and riding arenas. Every piece carries a story of transformation – from waste to value, from a hard surface to a safe, elastic, and horse-friendly foundation.

HorseLuxe is a combination of two types of
geotextile fibers with different properties and roles.
PES – POLYESTER
Polyester is a fibrous material that is soft, elastic, and very durable. It is the most widely used material in top equestrian arenas across Europe. It provides softness, elasticity, and maximum comfort for horses. PES is the foundation of all premium surfaces.
- improves surface elasticity
- absorbs impact on landing
- protects tendons and joints
- makes sand softer and more uniform
- significantly reduces dust levels
- comfort, elasticity, safety
Where is PES best?
- professional riding arenas
- indoor halls with hard sub-bases
- dressage arenas and show jumping
- areas with daily riding requiring 100% surface consistency
PP – POLYPROPYLÉN
Polypropylene is a stronger and harder material that provides sand stability. It is durable, non-absorbent, and very long-lasting. Strength, stability, and support for the surface structure. PP is a supplementary material: it adds firmness but should not constitute the entire surface.
- improves surface firmness
- helps maintain an even stride
- strengthens sand under higher loads
- improves fiber bonding with sand
- prevents sand from slipping in corners
- strength, long life, stability
Where is PP best?
- hobby arenas where extreme softness is not required
- outdoor areas with higher exposure to wind and weather
- mixing with soft sand that needs stabilization
- facilities with a higher number of riders
