The operator HOVEBA s.r.o. collects, obtains, and processes personal data for the following activities:

• messages and inquiries from the client when the client contacts the operator via email
• handling of complaints and claims
• tax and accounting documents (issuing invoices)

Personal data refers primarily to the buyer's first and last name, nationality, permanent residence address, account number, email, and telephone number.

Personal data is provided only to relevant state authorities that perform tasks in the field of constitutional protection, internal order, and state security or defense within the scope established by special regulations (Police of the SR, etc.) or to judicial authorities if required by relevant law in response to legal claims or court proceedings.

By submitting the form, you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, for the purpose and duration of processing your request.
