Information on the rights and facts concerning the protection of personal data of the data subject in accordance with Section 15(1) of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").
Personal data are provided by data subjects pursuant to Section 24 of Act No. 253/1998 Coll. as amended, Section 5 of Act No. 428/2002 Coll. as amended, and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

The operator collects, obtains, and processes personal data for the following activities:

• client messages and inquiries when contacting the operator via email
• handling complaints and claims
• tax and accounting documents (issuing invoices)

Personal data means in particular the name and surname of the buyer, nationality, permanent address, account number, email address, and phone number.

Personal data are provided only to the relevant state authorities which, to the extent established by special regulations, perform tasks in the field of protecting the constitutional system, internal order, and security of the state or defense of the state (Police of the Slovak Republic, Foreign Police Department PZ Žilina), the Municipal Office, and state or judicial authorities, if required by relevant law in response to legal claims or court proceedings.

On our website www.horseluxe.eu, you have the option to contact us using the contact form. By submitting the form, you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and amendments to certain laws, for the purpose and duration of processing your request specified in the submitted form. Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time. Your data will not be made available to third parties.

To keep your personal data safe, we have taken appropriate technical, security, and organizational measures in accordance with the requirements and regulations of applicable legislation. All your personal data in electronic form are stored on secure data servers.

How long we retain your personal data

We retain your personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between us and to enforce claims from this contractual relationship. For tax and accounting documents, this period is generally 10 years.

• You withdraw your consent on which the processing was based and there is no other legal ground for processing
• Personal data were processed unlawfully
• The reason for erasure is compliance with a legal obligation under law, special regulation, or international treaty

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in the following cases:

• you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy
• the processing of your personal data is unlawful
• we no longer need your personal data for the purpose of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims

Right to Data Portability

The operator does not intend to transfer personal data to other persons and organizations for marketing or other purposes in this state, in EU states, or to third countries. The operator does not intend to use clients' personal data for marketing purposes, sending (non-)personalized advertising or newsletters, competitions, loyalty programs, satisfaction surveys, or customer reviews. Therefore, no cookies are used on the website www.horseluxe.eu.
