Horseluxe

HorseLuxe is a combination of two types of fibers with different properties and roles. HorseLuxe is a specially prepared blend of polyester and polypropylene fibers that is mixed with arena sand. It improves surface elasticity, stability, and safety for horses.

Sand alone compacts or washes away over time. The fibers create support within it → the surface achieves the exact hardness and elasticity that horses need during training or competitions.

• Small fibers (0.5 – 1 cm): provide more sand stabilization, suitable for fast disciplines

It is the size of the fibers (material fragments), which fundamentally determines how the material bonds with the sand and how the surface behaves during riding.

• Average consumption is 2–4 kg per m² depending on the arena type and required hardness.
• Example: 20 × 40 m arena = 800 m² → approx. 1,600 – 3,200 kg of material.

A properly maintained surface lasts 5–10 years without the need for major adjustments.

Yes. The fibers are non-toxic, without sharp edges, and resistant to water and weather. Only clean and controlled material is used.
