HorseLuxe EN General Terms and Conditions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer in the sale of HorseLuxe brand goods.
1.2. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these GTC and agree with them without reservation.
1.3. The GTC are an integral part of every purchase contract concluded at a distance or in person.

2.1. An order can be placed via the website, by e-mail, or by telephone.
2.2. The purchase contract is established upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to reject an order due to unavailability of goods or other objective reasons.

3.1. Prices are stated in EUR and are final including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment options: bank transfer, cash payment upon personal pickup (if agreed).
3.3. Delivery cost is determined individually based on quantity and delivery location.

4.1. Goods are delivered to the Buyer's address or via personal pickup according to agreement.
4.2. Risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.
4.3. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and claim any defects immediately with the carrier or Seller.

5.1. The sold material is intended for use as part of equestrian surfaces.
5.2. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects of the goods.
5.3. Complaints must be reported by the Buyer in writing or by e-mail with a description of the defect and photo documentation.
5.4. The Seller is not responsible for defects and damage caused by: incorrect mixing with the surface, unprofessional maintenance, use contrary to the Seller's recommendations, natural wear and tear.

6.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of goods if the contract was concluded at a distance.
6.2. Returned goods must be undamaged, complete, and unused.
6.3. Return costs are borne by the Buyer.
6.4. In sales to entrepreneurs, the right of withdrawal without giving a reason does not apply, unless agreed otherwise.

7.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable legal regulations.
7.2. Details on personal data processing are stated in a separate document "Privacy Policy".

8.1. Legal relations between the Seller and Buyer are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC. The current version is always published on the website.
8.3. These GTC enter into force on the day of their publication.
