HorseLuxe EN General Terms and Conditions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale of HorseLuxe goods.
1.2. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these GTC and agree to them without reservation.
1.3. The GTC are an integral part of every purchase contract concluded remotely or in person.

2.1. Orders can be placed via the website, email, or telephone.
2.2. The purchase contract is established upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order due to unavailability of goods or other objective reasons.

3.1. Prices are listed in EUR and are final, including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment options: bank transfer, cash on delivery/pick-up (if agreed).
3.3. Shipping costs are determined individually based on the quantity and delivery location.

4.1. Goods are delivered to the Buyer's address or via personal pick-up as agreed.
4.2. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.
4.3. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects immediately to the carrier or the Seller.

5.1. The sold material is intended for use as part of equestrian surfaces.
5.2. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects of the goods.
5.3. Complaints must be reported by the Buyer in writing or by email with a description of the defect and photo documentation.
5.4. The Seller is not liable for defects and damage caused by: incorrect mixing with the surface, unprofessional maintenance, use contrary to the Seller's recommendations, or natural wear and tear.

6.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods if the contract was concluded remotely.
6.2. Returned goods must be undamaged, complete, and unused.
6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
6.4. For sales to entrepreneurs (B2B), the right to withdraw without cause does not apply unless otherwise agreed.

7.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with GDPR and relevant legislation.
7.2. Details on data processing are provided in the separate "Privacy Policy" document.

8.1. Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to change these GTC. The current version is always published on the website.
8.3. These GTC take effect on the day of their publication.
